I recently ordered a Doggie IQ Test from Shower your Pets. It was a Christmas gift for my family, and, being as I was ordering at the last minute, I was happy to see expedited shipping options available. I ordered one-day shipping to be on the safe side, although the price for shipping wasn't listed. Soon afterwards I received an email from the company, informing me that one-day shipping would have been $70, but that two-day shipping was only $15 and would also get me the package before Christmas. Fortunately, they had taken the liberty of switching the shipping method for me! I felt this was above-and-beyond customer service, very personal and concerned with customers' welfare. The product arrived quickly, as promised, and my family's dog LOVED it. The toys were high-quality, as evidenced by the fact that he hasn't managed to destroy them yet! All in all, I'm very satisfied with this company and would highly recommend them to others.
