If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Fauna Sauna™ product, you may return any undamaged product to us within 60 days of receipt for a full refund. Before returning the product to us, you must call us toll free at 1-567-940-2229 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA). All returned products must be in like-new condition and must include any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product in order to receive a full refund. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Life-Time Warranty
Fauna Sauna, LLC, offers a life-time warranty on all our products. This warranty is limited to defects in material and workmanship, and is voided if the product has been altered, misused, abused or exposed to water. This warranty extends only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damages resulting from mishandling of the product by the owner or use other than intended and outlined in the published instructions. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser.
