We offer a 10-day, money-back guarantee (minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs unless otherwise regulated by our suppliers or are stated in the description) from the time you receive your order, that if you are not completely satisfied with your order, contact us for a RA number to return your item.

Items that are custom made such as some bedding sets, clothing, and personalized gifts, etc. are not refundable.

Please Note: We will deduct our cost of shipping to you from all returns. Even though we offer free shipping, we will not refund this amount back. There will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from all refunds. Return shipping will be at your expense and we always recommend purchasing insurance on the return item in case it is is damaged. Any claims for damages occuring during the return shipping will be up to you to file. All returns must be in the same condition as received and all tags still in place or item will be returned to you.

In almost every case, clothing items are not returnable. If you have a question about your item, please contact us prior to ordering.

Most of our items ship direct from our suppliers, so you may receive more than one shipment for multiple orders.

Returns will be credited back to the credit card used for purchase or a store credit will be issued. All returns must be in the same condition as received and all tags still in place or item will be returned to you.

Please do not simply try to return an item without contacting us and receiving a Return Authorization Number (RAN)or it will be returned. Please email customerservice@showeryourpets.com or call 877-840-5224 us prior to ordering if this is a concern for you.

Since a lot of our merchandise is made per order just for you, cancellations may not be available after you place your order. We will do everything we can to contact our providers when we hear from you but cannot guarantee that your order can be changed or stopped.

Defective, Damaged or Missing Items
Please email or call our Customer Service Representative at amy@showeryourpets.com or 1-877-840-5224 within 15 days of delivery so we can quickly arrange for a return or replacement.

Refused Delivery
If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred by Shower Your Pets and any other related costs.
